GRANTS - Supports efforts to integrate people with disabilities into all aspects of American life, including through (1) initiatives that empower people with disabilities and foster independence; (2) rehabilitation and re-integration of veterans, especially disabled veterans; (3) helping seniors to age in the place of their choice; (4) health care reforms; and (5) programs that address mental health and substance abuse issues.
