Projects represent what you're seeking funding for. Each project can pursue multiple grants, and the AI will analyze how well each grant fits your specific project.

Project essentials:

  • Clear name and description
  • Specific goals and expected outcomes
  • Target population
  • Budget breakdown
  • Timeline

Tip: Use "Start with AI" to create a project through conversation with Claude. This helps you think through all the important details.

Run AI Fit Analysis

From your project page, click "Analyze Fits" to have Claude evaluate how well different grants match your project. This generates:

  • Fit scores (0-100) for each grant
  • Strengths and weaknesses analysis
  • Key talking points for your application
  • Research notes you can reference later

Analysis takes a few minutes per grant. The results are saved and inform all future interactions.

5

Start Drafting

When you're ready to apply for a grant, move it to "Drafting" status. This unlocks the draft sections interface where you can:

  • Generate initial drafts for each section using AI
  • Refine sections through conversation
  • Track progress across all 10 standard sections
  • Preview the complete document

Each section maintains version history, so you can always go back to previous drafts.
